Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Parent/legal guardian and Blessed Study Academy® relating to the terms and conditions of courses on the Site. Parent/legal guardian consents to receiving electronic records and communications, which may be provided via e-mail application connected to the Internet. Individual consumers may withdraw consent to receiving electronic records or have the record provided in non-electronic form by contacting Blessed Study Academy® at [email protected]. Blessed Study Academy® reserves the right to terminate your access to our Academy if you decline or withdraw consent to receive electronic communications from us.
Pricing information
All pricing is subject to change. Blessed Study Academy® reserves the right to make adjustments to the price of course offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, course discontinuation and course unavailability. All registrations are subject to course availability. Therefore, Blessed Study Academy® cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Parent’s orders.
Cancellation and refund policy
You may cancel an enrolled course at any time by formally requesting to opt out of a course. Upon cancellation, any scheduled payment transactions will be cancelled. Payments made prior to the time of cancellation are non-refundable. All sales made by Blessed Study Academy® will be considered final and will not be applicable for any form of refund or cancellation.
Nondiscrimination Policy
Blessed Study Academy® does not discriminate in student admission, employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties
Under no circumstances shall Blessed Study Academy® be liable to you for:
- Loss, injury, claim, liability or damages of any kind resulting from the use of or the inability to use the materials in the website, even if Blessed Study Academy® had been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or otherwise.
- Special, direct, incidental, punitive, exemplary, general or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation, attorney’s fees) in any way due, resulting from or arising in connection with the use of or the inability to use the website or its content / material.
- Claim attributable to errors, omission or inaccuracies in or destructive properties of any information.
Our liability would be limited to the value of service availed by you.
User restrictions
Blessed Study Academy® may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the free Site, Services and Materials at any time in Blessed Study Academy®‘s sole discretion, without prior notice to you or liability to Blessed Study Academy®. Specifically, after a period of inactivity, Blessed Study Academy® reserves the right to disable or terminate a user’s account. If an account has been deactivated for inactivity, the user’s name associated with that account may be given to another user without notice to you or such other party. If you violate the terms and conditions Blessed Study Academy® may, at their sole discretion, block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate the paid conditions.
Rules of conduct for online Students
1. While login to online class must keep his/ her domain name as specified by Roll No_FirstName_Last Name
2. Respect the integrity of all online systems and networks
3. Respect all copyright laws
4. Respect the personal information and privacy of others
5. Complete all assignments and work in a timely and thorough manner
6. Share any concern that they have about another student with their Mentor / Principal immediately if student feel unsafe / offended / insulted during online class.
7. Have the right to express themselves and participate freely in an online class.
8. However, they are expected to treat each other and the teachers with courtesy and respect. Students are allowed to disagree with each other or the teacher but must do so in a civil manner.
All above policies are effective since 01.01.2021.
